Shopflow AI · eCommerce AI Agent

An eCommerce AI agent for your customers and your teams

In front of the counter, it helps your customers find, compare and order. Behind it, it prepares work for your teams. Either way, it relies on your catalogue, your customer accounts and your business rules.

Each mission is defined and configured with your company. We assess the scope together during the demo.

    Simulations

Watch the agent work on both sides

The same fictitious company, the same products. On one side, a customer asks questions. On the other, the team receives work that is ready to review.

    Scenario transcript: Find

Customer: I'm looking for a matte black kitchen faucet for a single sink, under $300.

Advisor: Here are two matte black models, plus the Arca in another finish if you're open to it: Arca, Matte black · gooseneck, $249, In stock. Vela Pro, Matte black · spring, $279, In stock. Arca, Brushed brass, $269, 2 to 4 days

Customer: Which one is easiest to clean?

Advisor: According to the spec sheet, the Arca has a finish that shows few fingerprints, and its sprayer rinses easily. Would you like to compare it with the Vela Pro?

What the agent prepares: A selection drawn from the catalogue, based on the need, budget and finish requested. What stays with your team: Which products are featured and the accuracy of published information.

Simulation — fictitious products, companies and data. No real action is triggered.

    Context changes the answer

    Same question, two right answers

A consumer and a business customer don't expect the same thing. The agent takes the signed-in account, the applicable prices and the right path into account: cart or quote.

What a generic chat doesn't solve

Questions come up at the moment of doubt

Compatibility, the difference between two models, lead times: without an answer, the purchase is put off.

The same requests keep coming back

Tracking, lead times, returns: your team repeats itself instead of handling the cases that need its expertise.

    Your rules are ignored

A generic tool knows nothing about account pricing, stock by warehouse or your quote process.

A negotiated price is shown only to the authenticated customer of that account, and an order is only looked up after identification. These rules are configured from the ones in your Shopflow platform.

    Missions

Choose what you hand over to the agent

Five families of missions, on the customer side and the team side. Start with one mission, measure, then expand. The scope of each one is defined with you.

    Advice and buying

Support customers from their first question to tracking their order.

    • Helps your customers find, compare and choose the right products, then guides them to the cart, the order or a quote.

      • Natural-language search, variants explained and comparisons
      • Suggested accessories and known compatibility
      • Availability questions and next step
Guardrail: Answers from the sources you choose and hands anything outside its scope to your team.

These missions describe the offering we are developing with our clients. Availability depends on your data, your integrations and the configuration chosen; we clarify it during the demo.

    You stay in control

The agent works within the limits you set

Looking up information, suggesting, preparing or carrying out an action: these are different responsibilities. You decide the level allowed for each action.

    Sources

Catalogue, spec sheets, policies and FAQs: the agent relies on the content you choose. If it can't find the answer, it says so and offers a handoff.

    Access

The agent only looks up the data it needs, based on the access granted and the customer's identification.

    Human handoff

Sensitive request, unhappy customer, out-of-scope question: you decide when the conversation goes to your team, with its context.

    Measurement

We measure a baseline before launch, then compare using your own data.

    Getting started

One mission at a time, with a measurable goal

    1. Choose the first mission

The one that addresses your most costly pain point: repetitive questions, incomplete product pages, slow quotes or stockouts.

    2. Connect sources and set the rules

Catalogue, customer accounts, orders, reference content, allowed actions, approvals, tone and languages.

    3. Test on real questions

The questions your customers and teams actually ask, including the hardest ones.

    4. Launch gradually

On one channel or segment first, then expand or add a mission based on the results observed.

    FAQ

    Frequently asked questions

Are these agents already offered in Shopflow?

Shopflow AI is in development. The missions shown here form a scope we define and configure with each company. The demo is where we clarify what's possible with your data and integrations.

Do I have to hand over every mission?

No. Missions are chosen separately. Most companies benefit from starting with one, on a clear goal, before expanding.

Can the agent change my prices or place orders on its own?

Not by default. Sensitive actions such as changing a price, granting a discount or submitting an order are prepared for approval. You then decide what the agent can do on its own, within set limits.

How are my B2B agreements respected?

The agent takes the authenticated account into account: a negotiated price is only shown to the customer concerned. Contract prices are excluded from pricing suggestions.

What happens when the agent doesn't know the answer?

It relies on the sources you've chosen. If it can't find reliable information, it tells the customer and, depending on your rules, hands the conversation to your team with its context. Answers are checked during testing, before launch.

Does the agent speak English and French?

Yes. Tone, level of formality and your industry's vocabulary are defined during configuration.

What happens to my customers' data?

The agent only looks up the data it needs, based on the access you grant. Hosting and processing terms are set out in your agreement.

    What results can I expect?

That depends on your starting point. That's why each mission begins by measuring a baseline, so you can compare before and after using your own data.

Which mission would you hand to an AI agent first?

Show us your products and the questions your customers and teams ask. Together, we'll assess what an agent could take on, with your rules.
