Ask your commerce data anything
The Shopflow assistant reads your sales, inventory, customers and quotes. It answers in plain English, with the source of every figure, and prepares the work your team used to do by hand.
- Answers in seconds instead of an end-of-week report
- Emails, purchase orders and quotes ready to approve
- Nothing is sent or changed without your approval
Demo with fictitious data.
Hello. I'm connected to the Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Customers and Quotes modules.
Where would you like to start?
Your net sales for September total $412,380, up 6.2% from August. Montréal remains in the lead.
Scenario 1 of 5: Sales by branch
An ordinary week, before the assistant
Your data already exists. What costs you is the time it takes to find it, cross-reference it and turn it into a decision.
Monday
Export the week's sales, copy them into a spreadsheet and build the report for management.
A morningTuesday
A customer is waiting at the counter. Nobody knows which warehouse has the product.
Three phone callsWednesday
Follow up on pending quotes. If only you knew which ones, and who owns them.
Sales that go coldThursday
Accounting discovers delivered orders that were never invoiced.
Cash flow tied upFriday
Prepare the sales rep meeting from four files that don't match.
An afternoonWith the assistant: a summary per sales repTypical scenario, built from our customers' most frequent requests.
From scattered information to a single conversation
Your information is spread across several modules and several people. The assistant brings it together the moment you need it.
Each module holds part of the answer.
Sales are in one report, inventory on another screen, quotes in a spreadsheet and billing in the accounting software. To answer a simple question, your team exports, cross-references and copies.
- Reports that are already out of date when they arrive
- Anomalies discovered weeks later
- Answers that depend on the one person who knows where to look
One question is enough.
The assistant reads all your Shopflow modules at once, cross-references the data and answers in seconds, with the source. Your team no longer hunts for information: it makes decisions.
- Up-to-date answers, at any hour
- A daily watch that flags anomalies every morning
- The same information for everyone, based on each person's access
Everything the assistant can do for you
Eight services: six for your team in the admin, two for your customers on your storefront. Choose one to see concrete examples.

- The same report every Monday, if you like

Manage inventory
Find a product in seconds, see stockouts coming and let the assistant prepare purchase orders based on actual sales velocity.

- “Prepare the purchase order for our main supplier”
What you get

Where you already work
No new tool to open: the assistant meets you where you are.
In Shopflow
A panel available from every admin screen, aware of the page you're viewing.
In your inbox
The morning briefing arrives at 7 a.m.: yesterday's sales, anomalies and quotes to follow up.
On your phone
Your sales reps ask their questions on the go, at the customer's site, without opening a computer.
Your data stays yours
An assistant that reads your sales and customers must be beyond reproach in how it uses that information. Here are our commitments.
Hosted in Canada
Your data and conversations are processed and stored in Canadian data centres.
No training
Your data is never used to train an AI model, neither ours nor a provider's.
Role-based access
The assistant applies Shopflow permissions. A sales rep only sees their own customers.
Complete log
Every question, every answer and every action is recorded and available to the administrator.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Law 25 compliant
A person in charge of the protection of personal information and a record of processing activities are in place.
Start with a pilot project on your data
One month, three use cases chosen with you, and your teams using it every day. At the end, you judge on results, not on a demo.
- Week 1We connect the assistant to your Shopflow modules and teach it your vocabulary: branches, segments, product codes, sales reps.
- Weeks 2 and 3Your teams use it on the three selected use cases. We fine-tune the answers and alerts every week.
- Week 4Review with you: questions asked, time saved, anomalies detected. You decide what comes next.
Frequently asked questions
Does the assistant work with my current data?
Yes. It reads directly from the modules of your Shopflow store: sales, purchasing, inventory, customers, quotes and catalog. No migration is required.
Do I need to know how to write queries or “prompts”?
No. You ask your questions in everyday English, as you would a colleague. The assistant also learns your internal vocabulary during onboarding.
Can it make mistakes?
Every answer shows its source, the period and the filters applied, so you can verify it. When the information doesn't exist in your data, the assistant says so rather than guessing.
Can it send an email or change an order on its own?
No. Anything that leaves Shopflow or changes data requires explicit approval from an authorized person, and every action is logged.
Who on my team can use it?
The users you designate. Access follows the roles and permissions already defined in Shopflow.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the number of users and the modules connected. We confirm it at the end of the pilot project, once you know what the assistant brings you.
